In 2018 The Cape was acquired by BPBI who was looking for new value added opportunities for the project. The prior development had 31 villas as part of the hotel, but BPBI’s new vision was to remodel them, making them more suitable as a “for-sale” product instead of hotel rooms.

We were hired to manage the complete renovation of the property, preparing this units to be launched into the residential sales market. We also executed improvements to public areas of the hotel, like additional pools and the lobby bar.
