Edgar has 25 years' experience in project and construction management of hotels and resorts in the luxury market. He has lead and manage several teams of professionals on the development of over 20 high end hospitality and residential projects spanning Mexico, the Caribbean and the United States. Most notable are the One and Only Palmilla, Rosewood San Miguel, Thompson Los Cabos, Conrad Playa Mita and the Resort at Pedregal, formerly Capella Pedregal.

As a co-founder and managing partner of Black Palm Development, Edgar brings his multi-cultural and technical expertise adding exceptional value to the development of every project.

Lane is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Black Palm Development. He has 15 years of intensive hotel project management and development experience.

He led the Mexico operations for HRV Hotel Partners and was responsible for the development management of the Resort at Pedregal, formerly Capella Pedregal, Thompson Los Cabos and Conrad Playa Mita. Additionally, he led the residential development for the Aspen Valley Ranch property in Aspen, Colorado. Lane also served as Project Manager
for Omni Hotels & Resorts in 2011 and 2012. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and their three daughters.
